Chamber Orchestra

Course Description

Sophomores through Seniors only for this ensemble.

This ensemble is by audition only and is the top orchestra at Fremont.

Students will work on technique and musicality through string ensemble literature throughout the year. The ensemble will perform Grade 4 & 5 (out of 6) music and participate in concerts and festivals annually. Music reading skills will be enhanced by a steady diet of Sight-Reading materials, technique building & music literature. One Concert Report or equivalent project will be assigned per semester to focus on the National Music Standard or Reading & Writing about music.
